We have worked with various fiber types including fiberglass, carbon, and aramid. We primarily work with epoxy resins and have experience with high-temperature systems.

We can help with mold design and fabrication to create new parts efficiently and successfuly.
We have a basic machine shop consisting of a vertical mill, lathe, and saws which allow us to fabricate molds and cut and finish composite parts.
Toll Autoclave Processing
If you already have the materials and molds but need an autoclave to process your parts, we can help with that too.
Resin Infusion Processing
A great way to make large parts. This out-of-autoclave process uses vacuum to draw room-temperature curing resin through dry fibers to create a higher quality part than is possible with wet lay-up.
Our autoclave and industrial ovens allow us to manufacture small lots of production items. We focus on unique specialty parts that are difficult to manufacture. Unfortunately we are not set up for large-scale production.
We have the equipment to take a spool of fiber and create single-strand composites for strength testing in compliance with ISO and ASTM test methods.
We can take dry spools of fiber and wind them on our drum apparatus with resin to make test lots of unidirectional pre-pregs.
We have a 20,000 lb test machine that is capable of testing tension, compression, flex, and shear properties of composite structures including sandwich structures. We have years of experience recertifying materials for infrastructure and aerospace repairs.
